Pledge to Support the Pay Equity Day of Action - The National Day of Action is on Thursday the 10th of June, 2010. This Day of Action will allow community workers across the country to stand together in support of Pay Equity.
Petition for Community Sector Funding - calling upon our Federal, State and Territory governments to support the community sector by committing to funding the pay increase that results from the ASU's State and National Equal Renumeration Case.
Historic Equal Pay Agreement reached with the Australian Government - What does this decision mean for Queensland SACS workers?
Heads of Agreement background document - A Heads of Agreement has been negotiated with the Australian Services Union to provide certainty over the arrangements that will apply to employees in the social and community services (SACS) sector.

Our New Award
Our new Award was made in the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission on the 19th of September 2008 and came into effect on the 3rd of November 2008. The new Queensland Community Services & Crisis Assistance Award will immediately protect all workers in the SACS and CASH sectors who work for organisations who:
- are not respondent to the Federal Social and Community Services (Queensland ) Award 2001 or the Crisis Assistance Supported Housing (Queensland) Award 1999;
- do not have an Agreement; and
- don’t work for an organisation with a substantial trading arm and therefore not a constitutional corporation.
